My second big reason for enjoying traveling solo is the ability to completely detach from the rest of life. I love traveling with friends and family, but there are times when you need a break from your life at home. You don’t want to talk about work, dramas with friends, or recount old experiences. Traveling solo is all about new places and new people. You get a clean break from your life, helping to recharge your batteries and clearly reflect on an issues that needed mulling over.
